Charlene Carter Charlene will be taking on the role of Temple in the feature film, Birth of a Legend. Charlene is a graduate of the University of North Alabama, where she received two B. S. degrees. She first majored in sociology and minored in psychology. She returned to UNA later and earned a degree in art, focusing on painting. Carter is a member of the Poza Dance Troupe. In addition to being one of the dancers, she is also one of the choreographers for the troupe. Charlene has two sons, Brandon and Marland Pruitt, and one granddaughter, Kaila Pruitt. Charlene is involved with the Zodiac Players her latest credit is stage manager
for the production of Arsenic and Old Lace.
